Please get rid of the automatic list bounce around. If I'm in a meeting, I like to scroll to the room im in and view the members in the room so I know who is talking, but im constantly having to scroll back to the room because the list keeps jumping around.

You should add to an existing thread as opposed to starting a new one.
This thread, because of the number of views and replies will most likely vanish after time.
If you were to add your voice to the chorus of people asking for the same thing it shows the developers how important it is and they will be more likely to do something about it.
