dang! plz help can hear great cant speak smooth

well when i am on team speak, i can hear everyone fine, when i speak to them they told me i come in choppy like in and out breaks. I did the self test updated drivers, thats gtg. I have tried every option on the options menu in ts .

give me this information:

a) what is your ping and your packetloss when this happens (its in your connection info).

b) did you set a bandwidth limitation in settings->options-other ? If so, to what did you set it ?

c) is your system somehow under heavy load ? (high cpu, disk, network usage) ?
