Picture on ts and hide IP

On the public ts2 there is a picture on the right, how can i get that on my TS server?

Also how can i change the server config to hide all ips for users?

the banner is commercial version only

hide ips ? For everybody but ServerAdmins the IPs of the users are hidden....and server ip is technicaly unhideable....
