COMPLETLEY get rid of TS2 from your machine. Then go to the teamspeak website and download the appropiate version. When installing make sure you allow TS2 to check your machine for the codecs it needs.

I have done all this TS2 tells me all the codecs are installed and working. Then when i launch the program i get the same error message that g305675 posted. :eek:

go to the settings tab / options select direct sound

i am also having this same problem and have tryed to change the settings to direct sound...how ever when i do and click apply it still doesn't work....and when i go back into settings it is still set on the original setting....HELP PLZ

my directX is good...i always keep that updated so my games will play right....as for my sound drivers i am using onboard audio and there are no windows updates to improve those and as far as manufacture update i have yet to find any....also i have used other talk while gaming programs (roger wilco for one) and i have never had a problem like this.....i am really at a loss here :(
