Channel Banning

Be able to ban an IP from just a channel. :cool: Currently a ban is applied to the entire server. :(

Background: My gaming clan has multiple divisions with channels for each division. I want the division leader (channel admin) to be able to ban IPs from their channel but not the entire server.
