Help please

I run two monitors and leave team speak program open on the second moitor. The problem is that i am on a huge teamspeak server with 200 people on line at peak tiems easy. I want the slider to stay on the channles that i am on. I have four channles for my squad to use but if somone logs on in the bottom channle the program automatically scrolls down to them. Is there a way to LOCK where the slider is so i can see who is on my four channles and who is transmitting if i do not recognize the voice.

This is a huge problem for me sorry if it has been answered before.

This, I believe, is being addressed but as of right now the only solution is to use a differant server.
