I get choppy sound on my end but they get good sound, and how do i find out what sound card i have? Any help would be great. AIM handle is subzerolees. Just ried it in a diff server and it worked well had a low PL, then went back to my clans server and it was cutting out and Pl at 1.53?

the sound card is a soundmax and just downloaded the new drivers for it, still same prob. My ping is 47 and packet loss is 1.72 Is this the problem? How do I get it down?
