server problems

I can not log on to my ts server it keeps telling me :
No Reply from server
matbe the server is off or maybe teamspeak is not running on it.

the server shows that it is running when i login to the admin section

1) you're using a NAT access device and trying to connecto with your WAN IP => most access devices can't handel this so within your LAN only use the LAN IP !

2) You're having a firewall which blocks your TS server port.

3) you're a terrible forgetfully person and you entered the wrong IP / port of your server !


Did you learned something ? I hope you read the forum rules next time before posting (=> give us more infos: where is server, how you try to connect to it,...) !
