I have an Athlon 64 3000+ and a Gigabyte K8VT800 Pro Mainboard.
I also get the error massage, when I start ts. It says "TDSoundOut.Open(DirectSoundCreate); No sound driver is available for use" ... I have a Terratec 128i PCI Soundcard.
I hope that you can help me!!!

lot's of threads dealing with "DirectSoundCreate". It maybe an idea to use the search and get some ideas.

Well i did a little searching, here's what i found:

1) Go to Settings, Options,
uncheck Wave and check Direct Sound.

Well thats all i found, and in every post it worked.

Wow that took hmmn.. 2 minutes of my time.. whew i'm jelous, i'd rather wait 1 day for a response from a tech supporter than search. (Notice the sarcasm)
What i'm getting to is, if you would of searched in the first place (in the forum rules) then you could of gotten an answer within 5 minutes instead of waiting maybe a whole day for support from a tech.

I used search, and in under a minute I found cjwoolf2009's above post, which solved my problem. Thanks!
