Everyone says they can barely hear me

I have the latest version of Teamspeak and sometimes when I just reconnect it fixes the problem but it comes back almost everytime I restart the program.

fairly obvious. Increase your mic. volume ?

My mic doesnt have a volume controller. Plus, like half the time they say they can hear me fine.

I mean in the mixer settings, find IGain or even the Mic-Boost (20dB or somewhat). Should do the trick.
