Big Problems

HI im TS2RC2 SA at one big gaming corporation. Today i must reinstal my windows xp.
After instal win i download newest version TS2 and instal it.. but i have some realy problems now...
instal: is OK
1st run: program trow on me this error message..
after connect i cant hear anyone.. but eweryone can hear me..
when i want set key to push to talk TS frozen...
i ataching error message
