No one can hear me on TeamSpeak, so I performed the sound settings test. I use key activation, and when I push the key to talk, I see the green light come on, but no sound.
If I hold the key down I hear a waa-waaa-waaaa-WAAAA, well it just starts to oscilate, and gets louder and louder. I have tried other keys, just in case the key i'm pressing is designated some other use.
I have no other programs running, and the microphone works fine if I use the microphone to record my voice, using a sound program called Goldwave.
I uninstales Teamspeak and my sound driver, and then reinstalled them both.
The crazy thing is, Teamspeak was working fine before. I logged into my usual game, fired up TeamSpeak, and no one was answering me. Then I performed the sound test, and I have the crazy oscilating wa-wa-drunken-umm-pa-pa-band sounds now.
I have an ABIT IC7-MAX3 mobo, P4 3.0 Ghz CPU , mobo uses the Realtek AC97 embedded sound card.
