I play Enemy Territory and I want to use teamspeak with it.
I try to connect but I always receive the message:
"Got a bad response from the server"
What should I do?
Please tell me how to fill the spaces:
Label:
Server Adress:
...
...
...
...
...
are you sure you and the server hoster use the very newest TS server / client version ?
"...bad response..." could mean you are trying to connect to a server which version is incompatible to your client version.
The server adress (IP or a domain name) is something YOU have to know. I can't tell you to which server you have to connect. Either use one of the public server (listed on this page) or use the webserver list to search for a server (if you do not have a clan server).

I have teamspeak version 2.0.26.27
I use the ip server number that a friend gave me and it works with a lot of people.
I tried the 3 teamspeak public servers too and they give me the same error message: "Got a bad response from server"
Should I try another version of teamspeak?
Thanks
yes, it would be a great idea to use the new client files as yours are "hopless" outdated !

Teamspeak consits of two programs. The client and the server.
Look at the Teamspeak homepage. There you can download both.
Normal TeamSpeak users only need the client.
