Ip question

When people connect to my TS atm they use my IP, but i seen people use like a domian "clanrar.com" instead of IP, how do they do this?

They registred the domain (mostley you get it if you rent a server).
But you can do it with your home IP also.
Check out DynDNS (http://www.dyndns.org/) there you can obtain a domain name in the form myname.dyndns.org for free.
Also there are tools that help you to keep the domain entry up to date (with the correct IP if you have a dynamic one).
And for a bit of money you can register any domain (That is not already registred). If you have a router then it will propably support DynDNS out of the box (No need for the update tools).
You can get an identical service from no-ip (http://www.no-ip.com/) and others, but I think DynDNS is the best.

IS no ip free? or is free for a certain amount of time then u pay.

I don't know exactly, because I use DynDNS but I think they have the same policy like DynDNS.

Domains in the form of myname.no-ip.com are free all others cost money.

there's more selections then no-ip .. im using bounceme.net and thats free :P
