teamspeak 2 server problem, please help...

i got a problem with my teamspeak server...

When the server is online, nobody can join...
I putted down the firewall, and it keeps saying:

[11:00:57] Connecting to 80.126.35.91:8767
[11:01:00] No reply from server
Maybe the server is offline
or maybe teamspeak is not running on it

my IP = 80.126.35.91:8767

Please help me here...
There is no password on the server, and i don't know what to do.

Are you using a NAT device (Something that allows multiple computers to access the internet via the same IP)? If so you have to install a port forwarding.
There are many threads about it. Just do a search for port forwarding.

Ok, but as long as your post is missing so much info no one can help you.
You should have read the Forum Rules where a short list of what is needed is posted. Also it would help if you say what kind of NAT device you are using (Router model/firmware, Microsoft ICS or whatever).
