It *was* working fine....very well in fact. Then later in the evening my clients were getting the message saying that my server wasn't running. According to my end, everything worked fine but deciding to err on the side of caution (and that Cable companies aren't that reliable either sometimes) I restarted my system and ran the server again. Sadly, nothing changed, its still not allowing clients to join. I haven't changed any settings and everything works fine.

Yes, my TS versions are current (2.0.19.40 win32).
Windows XP
SoundMAX integrated Digital Audio
Ghost Recon
DirectX 8.1

Ports opened on my NETSTAT RP614: 8767(teamspeak), 14534(teamspeak TCP WebInterface), 51234(Teamspeak TCPquerry), 2346-2348(Ghost Recon). And yes, my IP is still correct (read my previous post to confirm this).

::sigh:: once again, something NOT covered in the manuals....in order for this to work (for me anyhow) I must LOG IN to the admin screen and leave that window(web browser) up and running. Kind of odd to have an application working AND have to have the admin screen open for this to work. Maybe it's something for you folks at TS to think about when you do your next update?

server works then stops clients connecting
wondering if the solution you found is still working or if it was a temp fix

im having the same problem

my mates can be in the server, disconnect for like 10 seconds then cant get back in again...("no reply from server")

the way thought i was fixing it was to change the port each time i wanted to run the server
it and it seemed to be working, was just annoying ... but after reading your post, it might be the fact that i have the admin page open in the background thats making it work and nothing to do with changing the ports.

any info you have will be good

thanks

Phil
