It *was* working fine....very well in fact. Then later in the evening my clients were getting the message saying that my server wasn't running. According to my end, everything worked fine but deciding to err on the side of caution (and that Cable companies aren't that reliable either sometimes) I restarted my system and ran the server again. Sadly, nothing changed, its still not allowing clients to join. I haven't changed any settings and everything works fine.
Yes, my TS versions are current (2.0.19.40 win32).
