Hi, problems setting up server

I need help setting up the server. I'm using 2.00.19.40 server and everytime im doing web adminstration and change the number of people to something besides "8" it says "error" invalid permissions.

In addition I would like to set up the channels some how
so that they are static and I do not have to create them
each time I run the client.

All your questions are answerd in the FAQ and the manual which is installed with your server or online also in the FAQ.

[Mental]

There is no SERVER MANUAL accessible from running the server,
and it does not pop up when I look at the files in the directories,
AND it is not in the PROGRAM menu, AND a "grep" (text search)
of all .htm files in the "manual" subdirectory for "SERVER MANUAL" results in NADA.

The main problem is changing the # max people to like, say, 30
from 8, and everytime I modify it, the web interface garbage
says there is an "invalid permissions" error. Haw.

The faq says nothing about this, including the newer faq
in the program files area.

1) When opening the forum of this site, you see a BOLD FAQ part ! One of the TOP entry is dealing with this.

2) This forum (as all other forums I kwow) have a search function. I can not guess of any one who's not able to find links to this problem as there are soooooo many requests (showing that most people do not use the search or read the FAQ).
