How does server work?

Hey all, im completely new to TeamSpeak and I would just like to make a server for my clan. I download the server file, but no idea what im doing. Maybe someone could tell me how to get started or formilirize me alittle with this. Thanks alot, I appreciate your time!

by downloading the server, you've also downloaded the manual (or have a look in my signature). Read the manual (server and client).

It has been written that we do not need to explain this software for every single user here in this forum.
