I have my set the Server to start at startup (start -> start up), but is it possible to have the server start with no splash screen?

P.S.: I'm a freak on how my desktop looks.

1. This is the sugesstion forum. Please ask your questions in the appropriate support forum.

You can install the server as a windows service under Win2k or XP. That way TS starts even if you are not logged in.
You can do this with a 3rd party program like FireDeamon (google for it) or you can use the native windows service form the developer release section.

After you upgraded the server to b46 (just copy all the files to the apropriate location and rename the executable to the correct names, overwriting the old one) start the windows service executable with the option /install in the TS server directory.
After this you will have the teamspeak service listed in your services. To uninstall just run the windows service executable with the oprion /uninstall.
