Unbanning

Ok, this is a simple question. How do you unban someone from the server?

login as somebody with lots of rights (SA mostly), then go Info-> Show IP Bans, and delete the bans that you dont like..

I did try that and unfortunately that did not work. Is there another way.

Alright what happend was. I banned one of my friends. the server is on his second computer. So now he cannot get on because his IP apparently is banned. He tried uninstalling, deleting the install directory, then reinstalling. I then tried getting back on to unban him through the ts client. There was no entry of anyone being banned. Is there a physical location on the computer where the ban list is located besides the install directory of the server? Or is there another proper way to unban him. (or his IP)

Well,

if there is no entry in "Info->Shot IP Bans", then (suprise) your friend is NOT banned. Please tell him to recheck what the red errormessage down threre reads...maybe its bad loginame/password ? Who knows...I dont, so I cant help any further right now...
