Full Duplex

Is teamspeak capable of full duplex? As it is right now on my server only one person can speak at a time, otherwise is just becomes static. If it is capable of full duplex where do I find the settings to change it. Or is this a problem with my onboard sound, it's the realtek alc650. I have the latest sound drivers and everything else is working fine, just this problem with only one person being able to speak at a time. Any help or suggestions would be appreciated, thanks.

It normally works.
If it does not work on your server, then you may not have enough upload bandwidth available (The required upload bandwidth multiplyes with the number of people speaking simultanously).
The forumla for one channel is: (Number of people in channel - 1) * Number of people speaking in channel * codec bitrate.

Also check if it becomes static for everyone. Normally that sort of thing is more a client problem than a server problem.
