Hello!

I miss the docking of theamspeak that is possible in the windows client but not in the one for linux. Is this implemented in the next release??

Thanks in advance!

I think he means the tray icon. Am I right?

PS: Maybe a Mac user?

I'am not using mac (redhat linux with kde) and i meant the tray icon, you know like licq, gnomemeeting, kmix and so on. I run teamspeak all the time and it would be nice to be able to get it from the "activity field" and in to the tray bar.

Actually I don't know if there is a standard way to make it dock in the different desktop environments.

If so it would be a nice thing to have. If not it seems to be a bit of work to make it work for gnome, kde and whatever.

Well i don't know about that, but i'am affraid that it's no standard way... But many open source prodjects have it so it souldn't be hard to find out and implement.. It would be very nice to have! :D

Docking is different under each Window Manager. e.g. under ice you can right click and select the send to dock option (if memory serves). Under KDE you can put the application into the docking directory ... etc.

Not something that could be easily coded generally, but perhaps could be covered within a FAQ extension.
