Problems with making a server on TS2

Hello, I just made a server on TS2 and when i tryed to ask someone to join it they said they couldnt it said it wasnt on or something like that and when i tryed it he was right it doesnt work but when i go in it on same comp its up but....umm
its weird i need some help plz anyone it might be because the ip address of the server is different but i aint sure i want to change the ip on the server to the one it shows when i quick connect and i get up the server so plz can anyone help or suggest something that might have some use?

I suggest you read the server manual as you should do anyway (BEFORE posting questions in this forum). The answer to your question is in there (port forwarding, e.g. a firewall blocking connections from the WAN).
