I'm curious if I log off my windows 2003 server, will it be shutting down TS2 server or will it continue to run? Also if I am running it and I reboot the server, will TS2 load back after reboot is finished or will I have to log into the server to start the program?

simple answer: if you're just using the normal version the server will show a behaviour as any other program, which means it will be closed as soon as you log off and it won't load until you tell your computer to do so.
I guess what you want is the teamspeak service version, which can be used as a real server application and which runs as a service in your windows-services. read this thread for more information:

also you might want to use version 2.0.19.46, so read this thread to upgrade:

If that is not working for you, you can use FireDaemon to run TS as a service (Just google for it).
