Ok, I'm in a new clan and gonna try to run the TS server. I just have no clue how to start it up, I dloaded it and theres a little blue box in the bottom right hand corner with a star in it. I right clicked it and it gave me some IP address and I went into RC2 and connected to that IP and it worked, but how do I put a password and stuff like that on it( kick people, give others Admin options etc...)

Read the Client and Server manual. You can get them in the FAQ Forum.

If you still have questions after that come back here.

What do you mean with little blue box?

Dou you mean the tray icon in the lower left corner of the system tray?
That just means the server is running. You can click on it to get some options.
If it is something else then maybe take a look in the server.log file and post any errors in ther here.

Disable the location bar search feature of your browser.

I thought I had it, how come no one else can join? Do I give them a different IP or something, do I need to forward ports of some kind? I use a router if that helps!

Yes, you need to forward port 8767 UDP at the router.
External users can then connect with your external IP. Internal users however will still have to use the LAN IP.
