The problem - Noone can connect

I am running latest version, on my PC (XP Pro, firewall disabled), direct net connection thro USB, full access thro Zonealarm Pro

I know Im giving the right IP cos Ive used it before for games and other comm systems, (its static BTW), while Ive seen many problems on the forums similar, they always have something that thros it off (ie. Router, giving lan not wan, etc)

Ive read thro the FAQ's and the manuel to no avail

Now knowing that Im half asleep Ive properly just missed something on here that would explain it, if not any ideas?

My only suggestion is to disable it and see if that works. If yes, you can try to reenable it and open port 8767 UDP in ZA (I don't know how, so you have to find out yourself).

Well it kinda sorted itself out it would appear

Just now ZA is preventing from loggin to webadmin, no matter wot I do

Can someone suggest a good effective firewall that works wit TS (and no I wont use Norton)

Hmm, some could get ZA working with the web admin (I thought you have a general login porblem, not only web admin).
Somwhere there is a coockie blocking option in ZA (Somwhere with Web). Disable it and it should work, as long as ZA lets you access the page at all.

I have ZA accepting all cookies and it just keeps reloading the page

Also my original problem has returned but just for some ppl
With these ppl the only thing in common I can think of is that they have a router of some kind, well dunno if all that cant connect have one, but most do it would appear

That the page is just reloading is an indication that the cookie is not accepted for some reason.
This can be ZA but can also be a browser configuration problem or other 3rd party software.

Also the current server returns invalid HTML that can cause problems with some proxies.

Read this thread (http://www.teamspeak.org/forums/showthread.php?s=&threadid=9293) for informations on how to fix this.

Well it is definatly my firewall causing all these problems cos the moment I drop it it would appear everyone can connect and webadmin works fine

But considering past experiences wit trojans, I dont like leaving my fw down for too long, so is there a good free firewall I could use that is known to work fine with TS servers

I don't know any good free personal firewalls. If fact I don't think that any personal firewall is that great.
But maybe try Kerio Firewall (Though I don't know how good it is I heard no negative reports so far).
