Add FAQ entry for missing tags in HTML

Add an FAQ entry for the missing </body></html> tags in the httpdocs/login.html and httpdocs/slogin.html in the current server.

It seems that these caused quite a few problems with the web admin.

Oh - what kind of problems did they cause btw. ?

Not loading of the login page.
Depending on what proxies, 3rd party programs (like web whascher or popup blocker you are using).
