Admins should be able to give operator/voice/etc rights on channels even if they wouldnt be moderated at that moment. Right now it is all "%&¤# up as the server revokes the auto-rights every time you remove the moderated status.
Also a checkbox on the Server Permissions page for allowing a Channel Admin to move people between sub-channels and/or to other channels where he is CA would be nice. Basicly it could be available for operators aswell but...
