As I have sit here and go through the threads, I haven't seen anything that will be new in the new version of teamspeak. So here is my suggestion, handle audio streams better. IE like how Ventrilo does. When 2 people talk you can still hear both people

Well,

actualy there have not been any lists of features that will go into the final (or that are planned to). Believe me though there are quite some points.
Now about your suggestion :). Actually, I can easily hear many people talking at once. If you have problems with that its usualy due to a echo problem (which is dealt with in the FAQ). Please enlighten me what can be done "better" than to just play the two streams ?

If I had the source code to Ventrilo I could give meaning full advice. As it is, unfortunatly, I do not have the source code. The statement :) was not meant as a slam on TS, I have infact gone back to it do to the security features it offers

I as well can hear multiple people talk at once just fine.

There was a suggestion to archive better stream seperation by using stereo playback of the mono streams.

That means you play back the mono stream back on the let and right channel of the stereo output but with a slight random delay on one stream maybe coupled with a slight volume reduction.
This will cause a slight unconscious movement of the virtual audio source to the left or right and would increase the ability of the hearer to differentiate the different sound streams.

Original thread is here (http://www.teamspeak.org/forums/showthread.php?s=&threadid=7701).

The last post about the stereo looks good. As a side note, I never meant this as a slam or anything. Teamspeak is BY far the most SUPERIOR product as far as VoIP goes, and I would never switch to anything else again. The security functions ect make it the best. I was just trying to get a feel as to what might/is going to be in the next version
