Trouble with TS

I can hear people speaking, but they cannot hear me.. they said they could hear me a little every now and then, but not well at all.
I checked my volume settings but they are all up. Can someone please help me out?

most probably you have a mixer-problem. you might want to enable your micboost in your mixer-program and it would be a good idea to lower the voice-activation level in your ts-client (settings / sound input/output settings ---> move the slider). For this you can also use the local test mode which should give a loop so you can hear yourself as others can do with your settings.
