I am very aware of the time you guys have spent on this program but. I was was wondering if you will ever release it in an open source form. If you would do that it would be a great help to the development world. even if you released TS1 im sure that many people would find it usefull. anyways, thanks if u do, email me if u do.

official statement by Niels and Ralf was something like this:

yes, we'll release TeamSpeak as opensource, but we'll decide when to do so. As long as we have fun and time to develop TS we'll keep it in our hands.

this means that you won't find the source too soon (at least I hope so *g*)
