syntax

I want to link to a TS server from a web page. I can get TS started but I need the syntax for passing login name and password......can any body help?

I start like this:

TeamSpeak://tsipaddress/nickname=

what order and what is the seperator

ie nickname= ; loginname= ; password=

I can't get it.........
