Server Problem

I installed the server on my computer, but when i click on Administration it doesn't bring the log-in screen. I also tryed [url]http://ip: port but that didn't work too. Can someone please help. I use MSNM Orbenl33tprogrammer********.com, you can e-mail me there too. Please help! :confused:

give us more infos what's happening (error,...).
