server fails to start

hi, ts was working fine on the server, except it crashed every couple of days, dunno why, but now i can't get the server to run again, here is what the log file says, can any shed some light on how to make it work again. is it just because the ports are inuse? or for some other reason?

this looks to me as if the server is still running (therefore the ports are still in use). Check if this is the case and then kill the server applikation.
