License:Non-profit license this is what isee but i can't set MORE of 32 clients so that's mean doesn't work correctly... any idea? :(

I updated all our TS3 servers from our company and i want to check this new permission line: serverinstance_pending_connections_per_ip

Well i can't find this permission in the permissions list in the server...? Or is this only the command that you can use on the query himself? And what do you recommend to set the value on 1 or 2 ?? because in the release note you see that the standard value is at 0 means unlimited...

we have a problem with a windows Vserver (KVM virtualizied). If anyone download files from the Server, the packet lost going upstairs and speaking are very laggy. Then in seconds the Server "crash" (He dont crashes but connection lost for all, download works!!). At Download finished all user auto connect and all its good. But what is this?

After formatting my root, i installed ts3 a few weeks later for my clan.
Now i have a problem:
I have had resend my license.dat to my mail and i got it a few seconds later.
I copied it to my ts root dir and tried to start it
It does not work.
The TS log says:

i opened the file saying 2012 march till oct 2012.
serer worked fine till mach 2013.
Then i tried to get a new NPL but a got a system generated mail back,
a server with NPL license is already running on that ip.
This is false, i only have 32 slots etc.
What i have to do to get it working.

The server has gone down atleast 7-8 times in the past 2 days. I have a TS3 Server installed on my Windows Home Server which is running every day and I'm sure that it never stops, but it seems the server shuts down every X days for an unknown reason.
Logs files tell nothing about a crash or something similar, is it because I need a NPL Licence ?

-I am using a Motorola SBG6580 Modem/Router
-I am using Windows 7 Ultimate x64
-I have been given the IPv4 192.168.0.13 (preferred) via [cmd] ipconfig /all
-I have opened the ports in my modem/router as Port 9987-UDP, Port 10011-TCP, and Port 30033-TCP
-I have used PFportchecker.exe to verify my ports are open (all come back fine except it cannot ping my modem/router)
-I have disabled 'Firewall Protection" in the modem/router
-I am connecting wirelessly
-My ISP is CableOne
-I have called them to make sure they weren't blocking any ports (Of which they aren't)
-To my knowledge, the static IP is set up appropriately via (control panel>Network and Internet>View Network Status and tasks>Change adapter settings>Wireless Network Connection properties>Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4) properties)>Entered all appropriate data from [CMD] ipconfig /all
-I do not have any password on my server
-I have given myself admin rights in the server.

This is becoming more and more frustrating and I'll be the first to admit that I am a noob when it comes to this. but when trying to edit throws me this error:

the server where it is installed is Windows Server 2003 R2.

I wonder if I need some snap and something special to be able to run the license.

Now i am located in The Netherlands, and people ;
from Norway have a ping 80-95. =/- 34.3
from UK have a ping 60-70 +/- 22.1
from The Netherlands have a ping 45 +/- 21.6

The server itself has a average ping of 43-50, with a packet loss between 0 and 0.1

No firewall @ the server.

Windows on the server itself is configured correctly but i dunno about the modem..

I am running a Win 2012 Datacenter Server wich is directly connected to the internet (via Fritzbox Modem). The Server has a second network card, where a Wireless AP is connected. The Server has a static IP and the AP does LAN DHCP. The Internet Adapter is supposed to share internet connection. At this time, the Team Speak Server runs well. But when a client from my inhouse Network connects to the Server, no one from the internet can connect anymore. I have to reset the rights on Internetusage in the first adapter to get it work again.

Any suggestions, what to do?

I dont want to run may own TS without beeing able to use it^^
