well..its no need to be requested..because its automatically requested at certain time..just make sure the server can connect to accounting and blacklist servers

probably the port forward..usually vps didnt close any port on your server..so,its your ts server..make sure you can ping accounting.teamspeak.com and blacklist.teamspeak.com from your server
