There is a typo in your ts3db_mysql.ini, maybe thats the fail, if your database is called teamspeak and not teampseak.

I just found another issue with the avatar deleting.
If a avatar file has been deleted on serverside, the TS3 Client says

<17:01:08> Transfer "avatar_oolhmeponapdfkoclghclfpdfmcgmldcllnfkhao"...

Apparently your hoster blocked editing the Hostbanners, that you cannot remove your hoster's ones. You should contact your hoster and ask if you may be able to change them.

Try the Webinterface by Psychokiller.

There might be a solution with MONO but therefore the author of the admintool must rebuild it for MONO.
I think you better use a web-based solution ;)
