can anyone please shed some more light on skinning TS3. i'm having difficulty getting images to show in my theme.

well, i can edit the file but i have to save to another location then copy & paste.

trouble is the images i create don't show in the style when i select it. even after i get out of TS and go back...

i can open the qss in notepad, but when i edit something then go to save it , i get the message that i don't have permission to do that. so i can't save it.
