When you say dimensions, what do you mean, the format on which it's on or what.

Mine's in .jpeg, 300x150 and uploadded to imageshack.us, it's not that large of a file either, only 8kb.

I uploadded a picture from imageshack, it was of the required >50mb...

I'm not exactly 100% if this has been stated already but I'd like to ask that if you're hosting your own server, what would be the best way to get the lowest ping.
