i having the issue, too. Teamspeak (Version: 3.0.9.2 64Bit) needs up to ~ 20 Seconds to start up.
I dont auto connect to a server at startup.

The Client log tells nothing...

I have a suggestion for Team Speak 3.

Just "Server Group A" which have possibility to come in Channel A.
And ONLY the "Server Group B" should have the opportunity to come in Channel B.
...
