do you consider adding autoupdate feature? Perhaps you'll use CELT codec for TS3. Since this codec is not bit-stream frozen, newer version of TS3 will not be compatible with older ones....

I tested a (free) tool for making PNG files losslessy smaller.

For 48 PNG files from TS2 (from \manual\ and \httpdocs\gfx\):
371844 - original size of all 48 files
210245 - size of...

Because of changes in 1.2 beta 3, 1.2 beta 2 is the latest working version of Speex library for TS 2.X. I hope that developers of TS3 are aware of changes in Speex 1.2b3 (broken compatibility?).

Server does not have any codec. So there is nothing to replace.

Strange. I use SSE1 version of speex, there is no such problem. Maybe other player had still older version.
