holy crap thats wierd but you also had the ts3overlay_hook_win32.dll in that directory as well.. uninstall TS3 go and make sure you do not have a TS3 folder in your program directories if so delete...

I have seen this happen while I have been testing some stuff make a copy of your overlay folder. Then after you reboot and start TS3 up go in to your plugins to enable overlay if it gives the error...
