I tried to go to control panel and then security center but I dont have it. Were would i find it? Or is it called somthing else?

okay i downloaded the service pack 2..and my frind to work it..but it still doesnt work:(..and i closed my firewalls so the signal can go threw but nun seems to be working!!:(...anyone else that...

i have the program freedom but i dont use it. I never open it..but i do use Spyware docter...and i got zone alarm...and i think ive downloaded service pack 2 but thers stil an icon that shows that...
