Use the control panel sound settings to set the sound card with speakers as preferred sound card. That way all games and programs use that sound card.
Only in Teamspeak select the other sound card...

Hmmm... not quite. It doesn't update if you change the image on the server. Just delete the file and next time you're connecting to a server your client will download the banner image again.
