Pleae make sure, that "Rise of Flight" does not start as admin.
Maybe you should try to start the "rof.exe" without the updater.

This log is not from the game, it's just the launcher.
WorldOfTanks.exe.log sould be there in your log folder, but i see you are using windows xp

What are these errors? Can you provide some from your logs?
And can you give us a reference from these other reports?
