You can change it, by editing the ts3server.ini in teamspeak installation dir. After that you have to edit the ts3serverstartscript and add "inifile=ts3server.ini"

The problem was, that you mysql-user doesn't have enough rights to wirte and delete database entries.

Everything in front of ":" will point to an IP-Adress, the port will just tell which virtual server.
So if your server is on the default port "9987", you don't need the port, teamspeak will auto-try...

I don't know exactly, but for some rights, you need to have SuperServerAdmin. But i don't think, it's for kicking power.

Do you have Super-Server-Admin rights, or just the normal Server Admin?
If first, allow the right to User-Group "Guest Server Query",
if second allow the right to User-Group "Guest".

If the bot is runnig on the same machine, just connect to 127.0.0.1, and not to your ip. This is whitlisted by default.

At TS2 there was a function called "sticky". If somebody was sticky, he can't move out of this channel. Don't know if this function is in TS3 as well.
