error port arealdy in use???

i tried to restart server but says port arealdy in use i stop server and still says that is there any way to choose a difrent port or unistall?

why go the hard way when there could be an easy one ?

check if TS isn't still running as a process. If so, kill the process and retry.

I guess by reading the manual you should find out how to change the port !
