pn-teamspeak: a Teamspeak Postnuke block

This issue has been resolved, but I haven't gotten around to putting together a new release that has the resolution. I have commented on this on the postnuke.com's web forums. Here is how to fix it:

You can get past the 0.0.0.0 problem just by getting the latest version of the ts2info.php file. You can get it from the following url.

the link is dead --- cvs.sourceforge.net does not answer... what about updating your 0.3 binaries on sourceforge as well? with this bug the mod is useless..
