Other users
1) i log in to my TS server with TS clinet with my local ip adress. That works for me.
2) When anyone else tries to join the error message :
No reply from server
Maybe the server is offline
or maybe teamspeak is not running on it
What do i need to do or change to enable people to enter it?

read the server manual and pay special attention to port forwarding. That will be probably the key.
there are lots of threads dealing with port frwarding. You'll have to read you access device manual for how to set it up !
