I can't see why you can't change it in the web based utility
do you have the latest firmware installed ? for your router i don't know a thing about CMD but i'm pretty sure you should be able to change it in the web based utility ALSO try reading the manual for that router
if you can get to the web based utility it shoud have a link to the website of the ppl that made that router or a downloadable manual for that router look for things like port fowarding or port triggering

Nat = Network Address Translation, that is where you allow or dis-allow certain ports to have traffic come across them. What router are you running? Maybe I could look up some stuff and help you get on the road to TS hosting. Good Luck!

Oh one more thing CMD (your command prompt) pretty much, and there is really nothing you can do in there unless you were to Telnet into your router. Which would be something like

    Telnet 192.168.x.x

then it will pop up a white window and if it connected it would ask for a login and password. But if you don't really understand the router I wouldn't go that route. It's more complicated. I'll try to help as much as I can bro! Peace.
